  • What documents do I need for the owner financing?

    None! We do not require any documents such as proof of income or bank statements, no need for a credit check either.

  • Does the property have road access?

    Yes, all of our properties have road access unless stated otherwise.

  • What type of deed do I receive?

    When transferring a property, we use a Warranty Deed. This is the most secure deed available and are also used by Title Companies.

  • Is there a grace period on monthly payments?

    Absolutely, we offer a 15-day grace period on payments, we can also switch out to a different debit/credit card if needed.

  • How does the 365 – day exchange policy work?

    If you have already purchased a property from The Land Store, but you see a new property that catches your eye we will gladly exchange your property for a new one. (Certain terms and conditions apply)

  • Do I need to pay property taxes?

    The yearly tax fee is broken down and built into your monthly payments at no additional cost for the duration of financing.

  • Can I make additional payments or pay off my loan early?

    Yes, make any extra payments or feel at liberty to pay off your balance with no penalty.

  • Can you help me improve the land?

    Definitely, we have a list of trusted contractors that we are more than happy to refer you to.

  • What happens after I invest?

    We mail you client packet that includes a copy of your signed contract, a payment schedule (if financed), a copy of your recorded deed (if paid in full) and a thank you letter letting you know how much we appreciate your business.

  • How do I track the progress of my loan?

    We provide a login portal where you can track your loan progress at any time, you will be able to see the payoff amount as well as other information pertaining to your property.

  • How do I make additional payments for my property?

    You can make a payment anytime by email or calling us. You can also simply login to your customer portal and make a payment.
